When your capacity shifts, support should meet you there.
Therapist-led support for the mood, focus, sleep and identity shifts of perimenopause, helping you listen to what your body and parts need you to know.
PERIMENOPAUSE MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT
Perimenopause can change how you feel, think, sleep, relate, and move through the day. If the ways you’ve learned to keep going no longer feel like enough, you deserve space to understand what’s changing—with care, useful information, and support that sees the whole you.
Perimenopause mental health support
Compassionate, practical support for women navigating perimenopause and postmenopause.
Your experience deserves more than a list of symptoms
You may notice changes in your mood, focus, energy, sleep, relationships, or sense of self. You may be trying to understand what’s happening while still showing up for work, family, and everyone who relies on you.
Veraluna creates room to learn, reflect, and consider what might support you now. Women across neurotypes are welcome, with thoughtful attention to changing capacity, sensory needs, and neurodivergent experiences.
Ways to Find Support
Retreats
A weekend to pause, reconnect, and consider what’s next.
An immersive experience with space to check-in instead of checking-out to reconnect with yourself and other women. Retreats may include guided Brainspotting practices, IFS Parts exploration, deep reflection, and a rediscovering of “Self” through insight and intuition.
Workshop
Learn, reflect, and leave with practical tools.
A full-day guided learning experience for women who want to explore perimenopause in greater depth. Workshops combine education, supportive discussion, and reflection, with practical insight you can carry into daily life and a plan for creating sustainable changes.

Perimenopause: Getting to Know Yourself From the Inside Out
A free, 60-minute quarterly introduction to perimenopause and the emotional shifts that can come with it. Through guided reflection and a parts-based lens, you’ll have space to notice what’s coming forward, reconnect with your intuition, and choose one small supportive next step.
Intensives
Focused support for what needs your attention now.
An intensive is an extended session that offers dedicated time shaped around individual or small-group needs. Together, you can bring education, reflection, and strategy to the questions or experiences you want to explore more fully.
Begin with wherever you are
An approach grounded in curiosity and practical care.
Veraluna brings together mental-health education, parts-based reflection, nervous-system-informed support, and real-world tools.
Select offerings may include the PerimenoParts™ cards as an invitation to notice and name what’s happening inside with curiosity and compassion.

There’s no required sequence.
A note from Dawn
I’m Dawn Leprich-Graves, a licensed clinical therapist, certified brainspotting clinician and Level-1 IFS graduate. I support women through reproductive and hormone-related transitions, including perimenopause. My approach brings clinical training, nervous-system-informed care, and personal understanding of how disorienting it can feel when your body or capacity changes faster than your language for it. We’ll make room for what you’re noticing and explore what may help.
